1. About the service
Máni is a digital sleep-coaching service provided by Nordic Helsekonsult AS (org. no. 923 884 009), Oscars gate 72A, 0256 Oslo, Norway. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Not medical advice
Máni provides general coaching on sleep and habits. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease. Máni is not a substitute for a doctor, psychologist or other healthcare professional. If you suspect a sleep disorder (for example sleep apnoea or chronic insomnia), are experiencing mental health difficulties, or have symptoms that worry you, consult a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 113.
3. Account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the information you provide.
4. Membership and payment
Membership costs NOK 49 per month, with a 7-day free trial. The membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. By starting to use the service immediately, you consent to delivery beginning within the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been delivered.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. AI-generated content
Máni's responses are generated by AI based on established sleep science and our coaching method. We work to keep them accurate and safe, but responses may be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgement.
8. Availability
We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on Máni's coaching. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; consumers may also contact Forbrukerrådet. The legal venue is Oslo District Court, without prejudice to consumers' mandatory rights.
